1. What we collect
- Account info: phone number and/or email, plus any profile fields you provide.
- Social handles and performance stats fetched from third-party sources you connect or provide.
- Campaign participation data (submissions, timestamps, and related metadata).
- Basic technical logs for security and reliability.
2. Instagram Messaging
When you message our Instagram business account (e.g., by sending "CAMPAIGN"), we receive and store the content of those messages to manage your creator onboarding conversation. This includes:
- Messages you send to our Instagram business account and our replies to you.
- Your Instagram user ID (a platform-scoped identifier, not your password or login credentials).
- Conversation metadata such as timestamps and your current onboarding step.
All Instagram conversations are initiated by you. We never send unsolicited direct messages. Message data is stored in our database solely for the purpose of managing the creator onboarding conversation and is not shared with third parties. We observe Instagram's 24-hour messaging window policy and do not message you outside that window.
3. How we use data
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Operate campaigns, invitations, submissions, and reporting.
- Respond to your messages on Instagram and guide you through the onboarding process.
- Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
4. Sharing
We may share data with service providers (e.g., SMS/email vendors, analytics, hosting) to operate the Service.
Campaign performance and participation may be shared with campaign owners for reporting.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Instagram message content with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain data as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Instagram message data is retained for the duration of your onboarding and active participation in campaigns. You may request deletion of your message data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile info and may request deletion by using the in-app delete option (if available) or contacting support. You can stop receiving Instagram messages from us at any time by not responding or by telling us you're not interested.
