Pulse Reels provides tools for campaign creation, influencer invitations, submissions, and view tracking.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Influencer Campaigns & Content
You are responsible for any content you submit or publish in connection with campaigns.
You represent and warrant you have the rights necessary to share links and content and to participate in campaigns.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent affiliation or identity.
5. Fees / Payments
If the Service supports payouts or payments, those are governed by campaign terms presented to you and any applicable payment provider terms.
We may update payout calculations or reporting as we improve tracking.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that metrics will be error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Reels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes
